AllWork provides a platform to over 50 of the top beauty brands to help them more efficiently and easily onboard, manage and pay their in-store freelancers and retail sales teams.  We have built the leading software and payments platform to serve the beauty and luxury goods industry.

We are looking to add an experienced sales and business development professional to our growing team.  You will join a fast growing, profitable and well managed company that provides a mission-critical service to our customers.

We are based in the NYC metro area, but the role is described as hybrid as you can work from home, the office or as most of our team do some of both.



Requirements

You must have at least three years of sales experience in the beauty industry and preferably more.  We are very well networked into the industry but need someone who also has their own relationships and contacts with beauty brands.  The best way to acquire new customers is by leveraging current and past relationships for referrals that drives a very high conversion rate for us.  Being in the NYC area is a plus as it makes it easy to attend industry events and network in person as well as online.

Any experience related to selling into brands for technology services, staffing, marketing services, payroll, or other financial services would be super helpful.
