MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Senior Manager for E-Retail—North America (NA) will be responsible for driving growth, profit, development and expansion across eCommerce channels with our retailers. This role will develop and execute the strategic planning of content calendars around each retailer’s schedule, online merchandising and ensure the image of the brand is consistent and personalized for every retailer activation. A partner on the development of account-specific digital activation plans, the Senior Manager, E-Retail—NA will maximize fresh’s discoverability, engagement, and conversion across strategic eCommerce partners.

The Senior Manager, E-Retail—NA is a strong communicator and cross-functional partner to both internal and external stakeholders. Passionate about beauty and fresh’s digital business, the Senior Manager, E-Retail works strategically and analytically in order to remain competitive in the E-Retail landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead account management and sales performance of all E-Tailing accounts (Sephora.com, Ulta.com, Nordstrom.com, BlueMercury.com and NeimanMarcus.com), including sales forecasting, sales analysis and marketing investment and activation.
  • Act as point person on all projects including, but not limited to, financial and product projections, seasonal and monthly recaps, budgeting and other daily communication.
  • Ensure all aspects of e-commerce ecosystem are optimized for algorithms and consumers: content, search, advertising, catalog, inventory, purchase experience, reviews.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to advocate and create the right content to fit the retailer needs: new launches, core product updates, Before & After, UGC.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maximize performance marketing, including paid media, sampling strategy, promotional & GWP execution and ratings & reviews acceleration. Negotiate all exposure opportunities and digital coop activations that align with national brand strategy and retailer category growth objectives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting on newness, core and sets. Proactive inventory and assortment management with close collaboration with Demand Planning.
  • Lead and manage sales & markdown budgets for E-Tailing accounts. Maximize ROI across all retailers, while staying in budget and providing monthly updates to Finance on spend.
  • Monitor and review business plans with each retailer and activate contingency plans to improve sales when needed.
  • Execute all online product launches including timely delivery of assets and product page set-up in accordance with fresh
  • Actively partner with Key Account team to ensure alignment across Brick & Mortar and online accounts and provide on-going recommendations leveraging Retail Scan tool to ensure full visibility and understanding of insights.
  • Lead weekly and monthly business recaps across E-Retail, including sales performance vs. retailer trend, NPD data, Retailer analytics and retailer ranking.

What you will learn in the first 6 months:

Requirements

PROFILE 

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in online retail and/or sales planning and merchandising
  • Advanced Excel and retail math skills with a strong command on sales forecasting analysis
  • Highly analytical and KPI driven
  • Attention to detail, customer service orientation and creativity in problem-solving
  • Omni-channel mentality, customer-centric background and ability to execute
  • Able to execute sales and marketing strategies and launch plans to drive sales and client loyalty
  • Project Management Skills – able to guide a project from concept to final delivery
  • Leadership Skills – able to focus team members and colleagues on goals and objectives
  • Analytical Skills – able to evaluate data from several sources and summarize findings in weekly reporting, promotional recaps, and competitive audits
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong knowledge of current web trends
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Works with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.

We offer a hybrid working schedule with three fixed days in office and two days remote.

Salary Range:

$120,000-$140,000
