The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across fragrance launches, brand campaigns, and ongoing developmental activities. This role is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, working closely with the marketing team, the designers and external partners to bring fragrance collections from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Development & Launch Support
Coordinate marketing timelines and deliverables for new fragrance launches.
Assist in the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and social channels.
Track campaign milestones to ensure on-time delivery of assets, approvals, and launch readiness.
Support development and organization of brand assets including fragrance names, romance copy, key notes, visuals, and claims.
Develop and maintain and product presentations, sell sheets, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate & manage content needs for websites, social media, email, and retailers.
Creative & Asset Management
Liaise with internal creative teams and external agencies to manage artwork, photography, renders, and packaging visuals.
Track revisions, approvals, and final asset delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand positioning, fragrance storytelling, and compliance standards
Social Media & Influencer Support
Create social content calendars and post coordination across platforms.
Support influencer and PR initiatives by organizing product shipments, briefs, and tracking content deliverables.
Monitor social activity and compile basic performance summaries.
Create social media videos across multiple brands and the company accounts.
Market & Trend Awareness
Stay informed on fragrance trends, competitor activity, and any new launches.
Support research on consumer insights, emerging scent profiles, and campaign best practices.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Beauty, or a related field.
1–2 years of marketing or brand coordination experience (beauty or fragrance preferred).
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for fragrance, beauty, branding, and storytelling.
