Description

This is an opportunity to join a fast growing market leader in the Personal Care, Beauty and Sexual Wellness categories in a pivotal leadership role as an integral member of our sales team. The Director of Sales will lead sales initiatives across national and regional FDM retailers with a compelling portfolio of brands. The Director is responsible for account development to drive sales growth at shelf, utilizing Nielsen, IRI and other market data to develop business insights and retailer proposals. This individual will work daily with many cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Demand Planning, Product Management, Marketing and Finance. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, a team approach to business initiatives, and has a passion for sales. We would prefer that this position be stationed in our Newton, MA corporate office – however for certain candidates this position could be remote (with regular travel to our corporate offices).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of Food, Drug and/or Mass retailer national account management experience in a CPG company. CVS and Walgreens experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in Fact Based Selling, with experience using market data to develop business insights.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment as a team player.
  • Willingness to travel 60% as needed once Covid barriers are removed, including occasional weekend travel for trade shows.
