About HCP Global Cosmetics Packaging
HCP is one of the world’s leading primary packaging companies with a particular focus on the design, development and production of packaging materials and solutions for the cosmetics, skincare and fragrance industries. Headquartered in Shanghai, China, HCP has successfully expanded its global operations through organic growth, strategic alliances and acquisitions in over 50 years of history.

The company was founded in 1960 in Taiwan. In 1995, HCP established its operations in mainland China, one of the first cosmetics primary packaging companies to do so. Today, HCP serves its global customers through five world class production facilities – three in China, one in the US and one in Mexico. It has sales and services offices in the UK, France, the US, Taiwan and China, and logistics centres in the US, Mexico, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and China.

In July 2012, TPG, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, completed the acquisition of ownership stakes in HCP from members of the founding family.
